About Me…
Attorney Brian Wayman is a dedicated immigration lawyer with a deep commitment to serving clients from diverse backgrounds. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School in 2012, and since then he has developed a distinguished career specializing in various facets of immigration law. His practice focuses on detention cases, asylum law, family-based adjustment, citizenship, DACA, VAWA, and U visa applications.
Before embarking on his legal career, Attorney Wayman dedicated two years of service as a missionary in Brazil from 1997 to 1999. This experience not only enriched his understanding of different cultures but also honed his fluency in Portuguese and Spanish. His multilingual skills have enabled him to assist clients from around the world, ensuring clear and compassionate communication in their native languages.
His commitment to justice and community service began long before law school. As a legal assistant, he worked with the Legal Aid Society, where he played a crucial role in helping crime victims obtain protection orders and civil restraining orders for harassment. He then served as a deputy clerk at the United States District Court in Utah, gaining invaluable experience in the judicial system.
Attorney Wayman’s career is marked by his dedication to protecting the rights and dignity of immigrants. His extensive experience and compassionate approach make him a trusted advocate for individuals navigating the complexities of immigration law. Whether handling detained cases or guiding clients through the asylum process, his goal remains steadfast: to provide expert legal assistance and support in the pursuit of justice and security for all his clients..
